    We have order this product and just have one doubt: to be ready to use, it just needs to be resuspended as indicated (in sterile water), right? thanks

    Dear customer,
    yes, you're right. The product has to be resuspended in sterile water (as indicated). You could then perform a nucleic acid extraction and use it for PCR for example.

    just to make sure we are in the same page here, the lyophilized is not pure cDNA? can it be used directly for PCR after resuspension or are they viral particles and an RNA extraction must be performed first?

    This product has been made from inactivated viral supernatant. So, you need to extract RNA before to perform PCR.
