Clarified supernatant: MOI of 0.002 produced 3.1x10^6 PFU/mL after 90 hours at 37°C post infection. Following visual detection of cytopathic effect, virus culture supernatant was transferred to a fresh tube and centrifuged for removal of cellular debris. The clarified supernatant was then aliquoted and frozen at -80 to serve as represented stock.
