Dear Adamu,
The encapsidated RNA is a positive control in the E gene of the 2019-nCoV which could be used for control in real time RT-PCR. We provide also Primers and Probe for the detection of 2019-nCoV (001K-03885)
sincerely,
I am looking for a positive control of the RdRp gene. Do you have some avaliable?
Sincerely
Dear Nicolas,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
Positive control of the RdRp gene will be soon available on the EVAg website (about 10J). I will keep you informed.
Sincerely,
Dear Nicolas,
Positive control and primers/probe of the RdRp gene are now available on the site. (ref products: 001K-03906, 001K-03905)
sincerely,
Hello,
What is the target region of this positive control? Is it the entire E gene? a portion? Any 5' or 3' extra sequence?
Thank you
Nadege
The target of the positive control is a portion of the E gene as describe in the paper https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/coronaviruse/wuhan-virus-assay-v1991527e5122341d99287a1b17c111902.pdf

OK thank you.
Hello, I read in the SOP that "A vial contains 1.5x10^7 copies suitable for ~100 reactions". Is this before rehydration? How can I quantify how many copies I have after extraction?
Thank you for your help
